On event nights the area around the stadium seizes up: roads closed, car parks full, queues on the way out. Staying here, you step out of the courtyard and two minutes later you are at the turnstiles.
How it works
Four things to know before you book
These are the terms on which we take bookings on event days. We would rather set them out here, plainly, so that nobody discovers them afterwards.
You walk there and you walk back
Two minutes there, two minutes back. No shuttle buses, no queues on the way out, no car to retrieve at midnight. For many of our guests it is the main reason they come back.
On event dates the stay is two nights
It includes the night of the match or the concert. This is how we handle every booking on those days, without exception.
The whole group can stay together
The three rooms can be booked all together, and the apartments can be added to them. For anyone coming to the stadium as a party, it is the difference between staying together and splitting up across three different hotels.
Breakfast even after a late night
After a concert that ends at midnight, nobody is up at dawn. We agree the time the night before, as you would at home.
Not only football
Matches, concerts, trade fairs
The stadium hosts league matches and European cup ties, but also the big summer concerts and the events that fill the area for days. On every one of those occasions, location counts for more than anything else.

The entrance is a two-minute walk from the gate of the farmhouse.

Inside the stadium grounds, open to visitors on non-match days too.

The events venue on Strada della Continassa, a few minutes from here. In the weeks when something is on, availability goes early: it is worth writing well in advance.
Questions
What we are asked most often
Can I stay just one night for the match?
On event dates — matches, concerts, trade fairs — the stay is a two-night package that includes the night of the event. On dates with no event you can book a single night.
How far is it from the stadium, really?
A hundred metres from the entrance, about two minutes on foot. That is not a figure of speech: you step out of the courtyard, turn the corner, and you are there.
Is it noisy on match nights?
Before and after an event the area is lively, as you would expect. The walls of the farmhouse are thick, but we are not going to tell you the place is soundproofed: if you are a very light sleeper, better to know beforehand.
How do I get here by car on event days?
In the hours before an event some roads around the stadium are closed. It is worth arriving a few hours early: come in good time and you will get through without trouble, leave it late and you will meet the road blocks.
Can I book for a group?
The three rooms can be booked all together, and the apartments can be added to them. Write to us with the dates and the number of people: we will tell you straight away what is free, and rooms are allocated in order of confirmation.
